Reluctantly selling our lovely tent as we are down sizing as our children are growing up and would rather go abroad than camping. This is a fantastic family tent with so much room and with the added porch it gives you an extra room which we used for our kitchen area. One of the sleep areas has a rip down one of the corner seams (due to over excited children having air bed competitions). There is also a small hairline crack on one section of one of the poles but this does not affect any functionality in any way. Other than these minor faults its in really good condition..
