Hi, We have a double room available in a lovely flat within 10 minutes walking distance from the city centre. The room is unfurnished, a decent size, and looks out onto the shared garden. The flat has a living room, big kitchen, two bathrooms, and a parking permit is available if you have a car. You would be sharing with 3 professional (one guy, two girls) aged 25-31. We are ideally looking for a young professional male who is friendly, sociable, clean and tidy just like us! We like to grab the occasional drink, go for food or attempt to win the pub quiz now and again so would be great if you were up for joining in! Rent is £375 per month plus bills (approx £450 in total). Minimum of 6 month stay.
