Central Bath - Large Double Bedroom £525pcm in Bath, Somerset for sale

Hi, I have a large double room becoming available in my flat in central Bath from 5th March (can be slightly flexible on move in date however all referencing and tenancy agreement etc. would need to be completed before this date and first rent payment would be due on the 5th). It is a large 2 bedroom basement flat with a very large living room with tonnes of storage, really needs to be seen to be appreciated fully. The room is preeeetty big and also has two built in wardrobes so storage is not an issue. It will be unfurnished however I have a spare double mattress that can be used for a short while if you can't get a bed in straight away. I am a 23 year old male, recently graduated, now a self employed songwriter and musician. This may be off-putting to some however I am more than considerate with noise and times etc. and any work that I do at home is confined to the vault room where I have my studio set up which is separate from the main house so it is genuinely barely noticeable from the living room, let alone the bedroom. Aside from music I enjoy just about any form of conversation, cooking, sport, socialising (again not on an inconsiderate level) and am genuinely not overly fussy with humans so can get along with anyone as long as they are tidy and respectful enough and easy to talk to. All this is mostly irrelevant as is age/gender/sexual orientation etc. as, and I'm sure it's the same for you, I'm most likely to make a decision on who to live with based on meeting that person so the best thing to do is get in touch if you are interested and arrange to come and look at the flat and have a chat. I am completely flexible currently so literally any time, day or night, it shouldn't be an inconvenience to show you round. Rent is £525 pcm excluding bills; couples are welcome however the rent would be £325 pcm each for a couple. Deposit is 1 months rent and the estate agent will charge their usual extortionate rates for referencing etc. (£75 + vat per person for referencing and £65 + vat agency fee). The current tenancy ends at the end of October when it automatically transfers to a 1 month rolling tenancy so there will be the option to continue living at the flat for longer.
