Double bedroom available in houseshare with 2 professional women (34, 31) In a 4 bed house which we use the 4th for guests or sometimes rent out in the winter months. The house itself is quite big and has a balcony and a garden (that's a little wild but is work in progress) we also have a garage which we use for storage as it can only hold one car. The house is a 5 minute walk to the station and 10 minutes to the centre of town so great location with great views of the city. The rent includes all bills (water, gas, electricity, TV license and council tax) and there will be a deposit of £550, (which is what we have all paid before) We both have very hard demanding jobs so we are looking for someone who is in a similar situation who can respect others and be social when relaxed. We don't mind either male or female so feel free to ask questions viewings will commence 1st week of August when I back from holiday.
