The room is extremely good price considering others around this area, which is a perfect location that is only a 10-15 minute walk to the town centre which also is located to many bus stops and also a main train station. I am looking to move ASAP into my own place with my girlfriend. The room is big enough for a double bed, which I have a signal dressing table, draws, desk, wardrobe, tv and still have much more room. The room is located on the ground floor which means easy accesses to the kitchen, living room and down stairs bathroom. The house is generally really quite as the other house mates are usually out or in their own rooms. The room is available till the end on June 2013, and the rent is collected every 3 months.
