The house is absolutely beautiful (not your average student dig) in Odd Down which is a 5 minute drive to the University, and a 10 minute bus ride into town. Situated in a very lovely and safe area, the room includes a double bed and all furnishings, and the rest of the house is completely furnished with a modern kitchen, living room with TV and a huge collection of DVDs, 2 bathrooms and a nice patio garden with big BBQ. There are 2 parking spaces on the drive, and you will be sharing with 4 others (2 are professional, 2 are Bath Spa students). They are very friendly, clean and tidy (aged between 22 and 30). All bills are included with te rent which is £400 pcm. This room is a must see and I have absolutely loved living here!
